- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment and maintenance materials as needed.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

What You Need to Know
