Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Have general working knowledge and be able to work with computers and programs (Oracle, Telnet, OTM, Google Docs, Lotus Notes).
- Positive past performance reviews desired.
- Must regard safety as a core value; must adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
- Must be able to actively contribute in a team based environment, encourage open communication and positive interaction with peers and management to effectively reach a common goal.
- Must have a service and quality focus, be able to address issues effectively when problems arise, and take initiative to understand the root cause.
- Must have demonstrated a record of flexibility and dependability in order to support production and customer focus.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instruction.
- Time Management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid fork-lift license.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing in a similar production environment.
- Strong Oracle usage and understanding.
- Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management and Time Management skills.
- Track record of implementing Lean manufacturing processes.
Support inventory accuracy
- Complete warehouse and rack inventories.
- Help manage department cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
