Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily technical training sessions and skill development meetings• Mentor apprentices, installers, and licensed plumbers• Establish and maintain installation quality standards• Perform field inspections and quality audits on large plumbing projects• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and company standards• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving on challenging jobs• Partner with leadership to improve processes, training programs, and overall craftsmanship

Requirements

Active Master Plumber license preferred• Extensive residential plumbing experience• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills• Passion for developing technicians and building high-performing teams• Ability to relocate to Gypsum, Colorado
