Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Assisting with customers' queries in a professional manner.

Requirements

Estimated Salary: $30-$60/hr DOE , We offer excellent health benefits, a 401(k) Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and flexible scheduling.

Field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
Expected to travel 50% of the time to anywhere in the entire state California
EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
Must have your own hand tools.
Must have a clean driving record.
OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).
Must be able to: Lift up to 50lbs Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand for long periods of time. Bend or twist their body. Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles. Repeat the same movements.
