Requirements

Estimated Salary: $30/hr - $60/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.

3+ years solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
Must be proficient with troubleshooting (mechanical).
Must have previous experience with preventative maintenance.
Previous work experience with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, ClimaCool, VRS System (Samsung, Hitachi, etc) a plus
EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
Must have your own hand tools.
MUST have a clean driving record.
OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).
