BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant emphasis on process development, optimization, and regulatory compliance within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Proven track record of successfully interpreting and implementing complex federal regulations such as DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and FAR.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and auditing robust internal controls and compliance programs.
Proficiency in supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and process mapping tools.
Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CISSP, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are strongly preferred.
Master's degree.
Strong understanding and practical application of commercial supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies.
Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
PMP or equivalent project management experience.
Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CISSP, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
