Conduct water tests according to company protocols and document results using internal software.
Apply knowledge of window and door installation practices to evaluate and support field projects.
Organize and coordinate jobs requiring two or more technicians, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Deescalate warranty or service concerns professionally, maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.
Perform specialized repairs, including water intrusion fixes, shaped products, and installation diagnostics.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams by providing clear communication, accurate documentation, and dependable service.
Expand and apply knowledge of company products and industry standards to support advanced fieldwork.
Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
