- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations
- Maintain professionalism while addressing all guest concerns
- Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate them to the guest's needs
- Politely and professionally communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle
- Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Responsible for keeping the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times
- Master MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)
