- Value our customers with a high standard of excellence in quality & efficient repairs as well as excellent customer service
- Diagnose, repair & maintain commercial trailers by analyzing diagnostic test results (computerized, sound, visual, feel, smell, etc.)
- Perform Federal DOT inspections as well as preventative maintenance
- Perform light duty repairs
- Maintain company owned tools
- Maintain company owned service trucks
- Participate in company paid training & continuing education of OEM spec changes
