Job description

Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Must have a valid journeyman's license in HVAC.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to be a part of a union company.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different job sites.
