Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all service operations within the Corpus Christi territory
- Hold accountability for HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and electrical service teams and their performance
- Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, margin management, and expense control
- Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop workforce through training, mentoring, and performance management
- Align service strategies with company objectives through collaboration with other departments
- Establish, track, and report KPIs and operational metrics to leadership
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and company regulations
- Evaluate equipment, tools, and technology for efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee workforce scheduling, staffing, and budget management to maximize productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations within HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and electrical
- Proven track record managing large teams and multi-trade operations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, and electrical distribution
- Experience in contract management, estimating, and P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with union workforce management preferred
- Demonstrated success in client relations, conflict resolution, and operational improvement
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Professional licenses and certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Boiler operation strongly preferred
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
