Pay Rate: $34.25 per hour. Monday – Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

Supervise refrigeration team members as directed by Management in plant. Provide materials and
Planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance team members, interface with other department team members. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs.
General cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required.
Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP requirements while performing job duties.
Makes necessary adjustments and/or repair of ammonia, chilled water, chlorine, ice maker and delivery, HVAC, and hot water generator and delivery systems. Monitor and make adjustments to product cooler temperatures.
Operate and perform maintenance on boilers, condensate return systems boiler feed water systems stack economizers, and chemical injection systems for boilers and cooling towers.
Interpret readings on the oxygen trim and boiler flame control systems, making repairs and/or adjustments as required to insure peak boiler operating efficiency.
Operate and maintain the hot water generation and delivery systems, interpreting pressure and
temperature readings and making repairs and or adjustments as required to insure peak operating efficiency.
Monitor and make adjustments to PAA (Paracidic Acid) pumps to maintain proper concentration levels. Operate and maintain Ammonia Compresors and Ammonia Transfer Pumps, making repairs.
