Who You Are

A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

We’re looking for dependable, adaptable, and hard-working individuals excited to contribute to a highly organized and evolving distribution environment. Ideal candidates will have:

Cash Compensation

Base salary $79,000 - $89,700

Total cash compensation, including profit sharing $99,000 - $121,000

Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)

Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions

Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)
