- Manage Efficiency Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Our BrandCollaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
- Development Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
- Competitive payment structure $22 - $24hr (Hourly Pay + Profit Share + Performance-Based Bonuses)
- Full Time Hours consisting of 4 weekday Shifts + 1 weekend shift
