The overall mission of the installation crew is to be a part of a team, efficiently creating high quality products for our clients with professionalism and a mind for promoting our local ecology.
We strive to blend craftsmanship and nature, by building bad ass stuff with native plantings and locally sourced material (as much as possible). We want to be the best local design/build landscaping company.

- Be on time every day.
- Plan ahead: look over designs, documents, and schedule.
- We are task oriented. Work to stay on schedule while having fun.
- Our shovels are delicate, so no leaning on them while watching someone else do the work.
- Communication is communicaring.
- No cutting corners. We are known for our quality of work. We want efficiency without a loss of quality.
- Finish tasks 100%- Do not demo 80% and do some other task for a few days. You will end up re-doing most of the demo already done if not done to completion.
