- Electrical MasteryRepair and maintain high-voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.
- PLC DiagnosticUse PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).
- Preventative MaintenanceExecute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
- Safe OperationsPerform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- CollaborationPartner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.
