What it takes to succeed
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of expertise in production roofing:
- Proven background in reroofing environments is mandatory.
- Must be proficient in working with a wide array of roofing materials and systems, including tile, TPO, PVC, standing seam flashing, and asphalt.
- Must be a "headstrong" leader with the ability to manage and motivate large teams effectively.
- Capable of managing complex logistics across multiple job sites.
