What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, damaged shingles, flashing, and related exterior problems
Perform siding repairs, including fascia, soffit, trim, and vinyl siding repairs
Assist with window repairs and replacement installations as needed
Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and determine next steps
Complete warranty and service-related repair work in accordance with company standards
Document work performed with notes and photos
Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and leadership throughout the repair process
Safely operate ladders, tools, and repair equipment in varying weather conditions
Pick up and transport materials or supplies as needed
Support additional field service needs during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license required
Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays and overtime during peak season
Experience in roofing repairs required; multi-trade experience strongly preferred
Experience with siding and/or window repairs is a plus
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
Strong work ethic and reliability
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment
