Job Summary: As a Glazing Service technician, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store-front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. Candidates must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures. Installing, servicing, and repairing glass doors and door hardware Work collaboratively with field crews on various projects Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance. On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule) Follow all safety rules and procedures Requirements Previous experience working in construction or similar role Very comfortable working from heights & outdoors year-round Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps Able to lift heavy material on a regular basis On-call availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule) Pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation can make the daily commute Schedule Monday-Friday- Full time On-call availability is required 1-2 weeks per month- additional weekly compensation is given! 5/7/2026 #LI-JN1
