Storm Damage Scout – Company Vehicle Provided (Full-Time, $20–$21/hr) Rhino-Back Roofing, a growing residential roofing company, is hiring for a reliable and detail-oriented Storm Damage Scout to support our restoration team. In this role, you’ll drive designated routes throughout Connecticut (a company vehicle is provided) to identify and document homes that may have been impacted by storms. This is an independent field position focused on observation, documentation and route coverage. No sales or customer outreach is required. What You’ll Do Drive through assigned neighborhoods and identify visible signs of roof and property storm damage Document findings using company-provided technology and a company Communicate and collaborate with team members to report opportunities Maintain organized daily activity and route coverage Follow established scouting procedures and safety guidelines What We Offer $20–$22/hour (W2, full-time, year-round) Company vehicle provided (gas + maintenance fully covered) Company phone provided Paid training Consistent full-time, weekday schedule with optional weekend hours Supportive, team-oriented environment Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Optional weekend work available What We’re Looking For Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Familiarity with local areas in Connecticut / Western MA preferred High school diploma or equivalent Why This Role MattersYour work helps homeowners identify damage early and connect with our restoration team for support.
