What You’ll Do
- Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Phoenix metro area
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC issues
- Perform maintenance, service repairs, and system enhancements
- Advise homeowners on system upgrades and replacements
- Communicate clearly with customers and vendors
- Order parts and maintain company equipment
- Respond to warranty and emergency service calls
- Make emergency repairs to minimize system downtime
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
- EPA Type II Certification
- NATE Certification (preferred)
- Master Heat Pump Certification (a plus)
- Inverter system familiarity (preferred)
- Basic hand tools required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening (per state & federal law)
