Carpentry or Construction Experience Preferred1+ years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, mechanical, or hands-on labor experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate.
Mechanical AptitudeComfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and learning installation techniques.
ReliabilityValid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
