- Provide input for project documentation and completion reports.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a White Wood Sander or similar role in the cabinetry industry.
- Knowledge of various construction materials and their sanding requirements.
- Proficiency in operating sanding equipment and hand tools.
- Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a construction team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Detail oriented and committed to producing high-quality finishes.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Sander role or relevant position.
- In-depth knowledge of wood characteristics and sanding techniques.
