Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto workpiece
- Sets up and operates benders
- Cuts, deburrs, and sizes bent tubes to verify conformity using fixtures or mylars as needed
- Positions, aligns, and fits parts together
- Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications
- Fabricates and assembles tubing metal products
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
