Additional Information

We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:

Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards
Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
Weigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual steps
Mix Batch Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP's
Hockmeyer mill operation Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standards
Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
Canning
Operating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data
Completing scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Helping with repacks
