Summary The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property's interior and exterior common areas. This role ensures that the grounds are clean, safe, and presentable for residents and visitors. Additionally, the Porter will provide support to the maintenance and engineering team by assisting with basic tasks and ensuring a well maintained environment. Action Property Management seeks a full time Porter to join our team at Beverly West in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation: $22 per hour Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
