Job Summary The Roving Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of multiple properties within the Los Angeles region. The technician will provide on-site maintenance services at various residential (HOA) properties, responding to work orders and performing general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and equipped with a personal vehicle along with the necessary tools to complete assignments independently. Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 Per Hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
