- Adhere to published cycle times, setup sheets, and standard work
- Report tool wear, machine faults, and quality concerns
- Complete basic documentation and part tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
- 0–2 years of machining experience
- Ability to read basic prints, tolerate precision work
- Familiarity with shop safety and basic tooling
