- Utah Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation and controls (I&C), and process automation systems.
- Experience with municipal infrastructure and public-sector construction projects.
- Experience coordinating commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Required
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience managing electrical scopes on water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), pump stations, industrial facilities, or municipal infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, equipment installation, motor controls, power distribution systems, instrumentation, and process control systems.
- Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors, and trade partners in active construction environments.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
Work Environment
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
