- Experience managing municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) or water treatment plant (WTP) construction projects.
- Experience with process piping systems including stainless steel, ductile iron, carbon steel, PVC, and HDPE.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment equipment including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, chemical feed systems, filters, and process equipment.
- Experience coordinating testing, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
- Familiarity with public-sector contracting requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Required
- 7+ years of mechanical construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Superintendent, or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience managing mechanical scopes on water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), pump stations, industrial process facilities, municipal infrastructure projects, or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of process piping systems, pumps, valves, blowers, mechanical equipment installation, equipment alignment, rigging practices, and treatment plant operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors, and trade partners in active construction environments.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
