- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and project tracking/reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required
- 8+ years of experience in business development, preconstruction management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries.
- Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions and service lines.
- Knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel nationally to meet with clients and internal teams.
