What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Identify electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues.
- Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and company standards.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacement when appropriate.
- Complete accurate service notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation.
- Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment, vehicle, and truck inventory.
- Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, installation, and other field teams.
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and customer-service training.

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
