Based on your background, experience, and project needs, candidates may be interviewed and selected for one of the following three roles: Underground Water Utilities/Mechanical Pipe Workers (Pipefitters/Mechanical Pipe Hand Structural Concrete Carpenters (Concrete Structures - Treatment Plants & Utilities) Water & Wastewater Construction Laborers (Craft Labor – Water/Wastewater Only)
