Interface with Systems Architects and lead disciplines to ensure the day-to-day delivery of baseline system designs.
Address and manage technical debt efficiently, operating in the "hot seat" to deliver critical documents and maintain system balance.
Ensure systems are production-ready by managing interfaces and ensuring compliance through robust verification and validation strategies.
2-4 years of post-grad professional experience in systems engineering within a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
History of successfully developing, documenting, and maturing systems to meet production requirements.
Adept at managing technical debt, creating strong requirements, and driving validation processes.
Excellent documentation skills and proficiency with tools such as Cameo for modeling and system visualization.
Familiarity with military standards and compliance is a plus.
