- Recommend capital improvements and facility upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track maintenance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and local building codes.
- Maintain records related to inspections, permits, maintenance activities, and compliance audits.
- Lead safety initiatives and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Support emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of facility maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience managing building systems, maintenance programs, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
- Understanding of OSHA standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.
