What You'll Do
- Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
- Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards

- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Work at least two weekends per month as needed

- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work safely and follow established processes
