Physical Requirements• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and grasp materials and tools with both hands• Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, wind, or snow • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time • Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including fall protection, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at varying elevations • Ability to work long and unpredictable hours • Ability to travel away from home up to 75% of the time, including weekends and extended travel. Travel includes local site travel or national travel depending on business needs.
