Understand how to utilize the assigned technology to operate more efficiently, reduce cycle times as well as overall grading durations and ensure proper drainage at all times
Capable of understanding soil and compaction requirements and communicating with the project Supervision what is being experienced in the field related to soil types
Performs all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and related work processes in the safest possible manner, always ensuring that a safe, accident/incident-free work environment is maintained for all coworkers, clients, suppliers, etc. at all times.
Required to pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet certification standards.
Performs only procedures certified in.
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.
Performs other duties as requested.
