- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality standards
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management and punctuality, with reliability for overnight shift work
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of safety and health protocols related to cleaning operations
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to facility-specific cleaning requirements
- Security clearance may be required depending on facility type and client requirements
