WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3 years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning experience.
- Extensive experience with marble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance.
- Experience operating commercial floor care equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
