Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, use a computer, and communicate effectively.
Frequent walking and standing within the warehouse environment may be required.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels).

Education

High School Diploma/GED, REQUIRED
Technical/Vocational education or Associate degree, PREFERRED

Experience

Demonstrated experience in a production planning, dispatch, or similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Blue Yonder WMS Experience Intermediate experience working with Blue Yonder or a similar Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Microsoft 365 Proficiency Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Effective Communication & Teamwork Intermediate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proactivity & Results FocusBasic understanding and ability to demonstrate proactivity with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Organization & 6S Adherence Intermediate ability to maintain a highly organized approach to work and adhere to 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
Basic Math, Reading, Writing Basic understanding of math concepts, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and legible writing skills.
Measuring Equipment Basic ability to use and read measuring equipment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $23.78 - $28.12 per hour (shift differential included). Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
