Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes High School Diploma or accredited GED required Become certified on lift equipment Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP inventory system) Ability to handle multiple functions in an orderly, precise manner with little supervision. High attention to detail. Basic math skills such as: counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. Familiarity with Abrasive products. Demonstrate good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; both verbal and written.

Operate lift equipment Unloading and reloading pallets Printing labels Reading and following standard operating procedures Maintaining knowledge of high risk items and how to handle them Maintaining knowledge of all safety requirements and procedures and adhere to all Safety Absolutes Understanding milk run pick-up points Understanding of KanBan methodology Adhere to "5S" standards. Adhere to the 14 Quality Basics Perform other essential and related duties as may be required.
