Key Responsibilities

Record Keeping & InventoryMaintain accurate and organized records pertaining to receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping (including checklists).

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels).
Must be able to safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.

Education

High School Diploma/GED, REQUIRED
Technical/Vocational education, PREFERRED

Experience

Demonstrated experience in a warehouse environment supporting inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations.
Previous experience in a training or mentorship role is highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Computer and RF Scanner Proficiency Intermediate ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners for data entry and inventory management.
Communication & TeamworkIntermediate communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Proactivity & Results Focus Intermediate ability to demonstrate proactivity with a strong focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Organization & 6S AdherenceIntermediate ability to maintain an organized workspace and consistently adhere to 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
PIT Operation Intermediate proficiency in operating a variety of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including Turret and Man-Up.
Basic Math, Reading, WritingBasic understanding of math concepts, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and legible writing skills.
Measuring EquipmentBasic ability to use and read measuring equipment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $21.63 - $25.75 per hour (plus a shift differential of $1.00 per hour). Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
