- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
- Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
- Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
Rotation Schedule
Format Each rotation is a full-time, on-site assignment (40 hours per week) where students engage in hands-on technical projects, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Between rotations, students return to university to continue their academic coursework.
Program Duration Approximately 18–20 months total, depending on university schedule alignment.
Objective To provide a structured pathway for students to develop technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and professional growth through direct industry involvement.
