- Basic language skills required

- Basic math skills required
Reasoning Ability
- Individual must have ability to make independent decisions that may be of a complex nature.
- Works under minimal supervision. May assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
Leadership Skills
- Ability to act as a member of the maintenance leadership team in addition to perform duties as directed by the department manager. Ability to coach and mentor the technicians in your area(s) of responsibility. Ability to assist the department manager in fulfilling the specific objectives and goals set for the value stream.
Computer Skills
- Must have Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software. Must be capable of learning other software packages (Ex: SAP, Axalant, and Test Software).
Other Skills and Abilities
Physical Demands/Work Environment: The ability to work in an office and manufacturing assembly environment, which could include sitting or standing for the majority of the day. Responsibilities include the need to lift, carry, push, and pull material on an infrequent basis. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
