Assist with purchasing, project document control, Material Take Offs, quotes
Assistance with delivery receiving, scheduling, and inventory management, maintain organization with use of Forklift
Back up for Dispatching of skilled labor from local union halls and ensuring requests comply with project specifications; laborers, operators, etc.
Responsible for new hire processing; badging, pre-employment drug screen scheduling, new hire orientation and training, providing PPE, documentation, etc.
Maintain record/documentation as required for dispatching, hiring, etc.
Daily timecards, badging set up and scheduling
Regular and timely communication with GC; daily dispatch, daily reports, etc.
Maintain PPE and other supplies as needed
