About the Position We are seeking a dependable, proactive Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional data center environment that supports daily operations, audit readiness, and customer confidence. This role is responsible for routine janitorial services across common areas, offices, hallways, and support spaces, as well as grounds maintenance, seasonal weather support, waste handling, and common-area supply readiness. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping. You will help ensure the facility remains orderly, accessible, and presentable in a live, customer-facing, mission-critical environment. You will coordinate work with Operations to avoid disrupting site activity, support recycling and waste management practices, assist with ESG-related documentation, and help maintain safe exterior conditions during changing weather. Help keep a mission-critical environment clean, safe, accessible, and customer-ready every day. Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)
