Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related field and at least five (5) years of work experience in construction management or ten (10) years in trade experience with at least five (5) as a site lead.
- Experience in managing multiple locations.
- Experience in managing an A&E staff.
- Have full authority and oversight for coordination of all local issued task order projects.
- Experience in managing small projects in a fast-pace environment, using both in-house labor and local contractors.
- Must be able to react quickly to customer needs and changing priorities.
