Building Superintendent

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Building Superintendent. The Building Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the building projects, supervising day-to-day team operations, coordinating supplies, equipment, activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial or other establishments, ensuring performance goals are met. May perform administrative tasks. The Company may require that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
