Duties, Responsibilities & Key tasks

Accountable for supervising threading and couplings operations;§
Responsible for efficient production scheduling and inventory management;§
Lead, direct and manage all activities of the shop workforce to ensure business objectives are achieved which include safety, production, quality, cost and delivery;§
Proactively promote and create a safe work environment for hourly production associates; Provide employees with the tools and resources necessary to work safely;§
Effectively communicate shop policies and procedures. Assure compliance to shop policies and rules;§
Provide technical support to the sales people on the capabilities of the shop;§
Additional job duties as necessary to facilitate shop operation.§

Education/Qualification

Bachelor's degree. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing with at least 3 years in management and leadership role required. Experience in couplings /treading business is highly desired.
